How and when can counselling help YOU? Many people have times when they feel overwhelmed by circumstances in their own lives or the lives of those close to them. At such times having someone to talk to that you can trust, who is neutral, not judgemental, is empathic and respects your confidentiality is usually a great help. A counsellor can be the answer. It is essential, however to choose a counsellor with whom you feel comfortable. Counselling offers an alternative or intermediary step before accessing psychological services. |
